notes: James was a farmer. In 1870, James and family (along with his mother-in-law)
were living in Overton Co., TN.
In 1900, James and family lived next door to John and Millie LANDRUM, uncle
and aunt of Ed LANDRUM. Many of the LANDRUM's (including Olie O'Guinn LANDRUM)
are buried at Salem Methodist Cemetary, Rutherford, Gibson Co, TN.
Beady FORD, 2nd wife of James, was first married to John FORD abt 1879.
They had a son, Willie, born DEC 1879. Willie is listed last, and as a
"servant" no less, in the 1900 Census, so one can only presume the value
placed by James O'GUINN, his stepfather of 17 years, on their relationship.
By 1910, he was widowed; his daughter Nessier(?) and his sister Amanda
(Mandy J, also widowed) was living with him.
After Langford's death, Mollie remarried to a W.T.SHORTT, 1925 Gibson Co TN.
Wilburn and Mary O'Guinn, as well as their daughter Inez and her husband
Haywood, are buried in the Bradford Cem, Gibson Co TN.
